Drop Shipping Hazards…

  1. Finding a good dropshipper(s): Research your dropshipper before you decide to do business with them. Check them out as much as you can before you make your decision. Also check and see if they sell there own products on there own website, if they do avoid them as you will be competing with them and they will surely be able to sell there products on there website cheaper than you.
  2. Let your customers to know that you do use a dropshipper.
  3. Ask for tracking numbers when an item is shipped. If they can’t provide them, it would be better to choose another dropshipper.
  4. Ask a potential dropshipper how long their delivery times usually are (an estimate). Customers may get upset if it is too long, or you don’t state that your dropshipper will be shipping their item and there might be extra processing time for this.
  5. You shouldn’t have to pay a fee to access a droshipper’s product line(s). This is for CD’S or FTP access to get there images and other information like brochures and price lists. NOTE: There is usually a small fee that most drop shippers include when they ship an order, usually no more than 2 or 3 dollars per order.

You can make a successful business out of dropshipping online. You can create more than one website, and work with more than one dropshipper to optimize your results.

There are probably more businesses and websites online that you have visited and didn’t even know that the owner was using a dropshipper. You choose the products from the dropshipper’s product line that you want to sell, set up a website, market your products, and start selling. It can be that simple.

The best places to start selling are Ebay and Yahoo Merchant Stores. However, you should also create your own websites that showcase your products and allow people to purchase them there as well. Ebay and Yahoo will help you a lot with marketing if you use the website stores to its greatest limits. I have found that selling these products on your own website works best. Utilize keyword-targeted articles for your websites so the right people can find you easily.

The best part about being a dropshipper is that you can sell products that you are passionate about, and make money! You will be more happy with your businesses if you are selling something that you truly care about, and that passion will show through to your customers.

Drop Shipping Secrets Revealed-Part 1

Posted by Sam | Drop Shipping Secrets Revealed | Wednesday 4 March 2009 8:42 AM

This is the first video that I have made regarding drop shipping.

I have been in the drop ship business for 5 years now and consider myself an authority on the subject.

I have been working successfully with over 100 different drop shippers and have learned every aspect of the market inside and out.

Just one of my websites has over 30,000 products, all being shipped directly from the manufacturers, all of them shipping from inside the United States.

If you need to make extra money or need to replace your income in this CRAZY economy, then you really need to consider drop shipping and I will telling everyone how I find real drop shippers without using Doba or Worldwide Brands.

The process is really SUPER simple and anyone can do it simply by using resources via tradeshows and online searches…

Well anyway enough said today.

Below is a short video I made yesterday when I visited just one of the many drop shippers that I personally work with.

Keep in mind that you do not have to have them close to your home like I do, I was just in the area and stopped by to tell them hello and keep up the fantastic work.

Sign up for my newsletter to the right and I will send you a FREE drop shipping report each and every week with new and exciting information regarding drop shipping and how I manage multiple websites with over 100 different drop shipping companies.

Best Wishes,
Sam England
